In a candid conversation on Bigg Boss 18, actor Vivian DSena shared the heartwarming story of how he met his wife, Nouran Aly, who is an Egyptian journalist. During a chat with fellow contestant Namrata Shirodkar, Vivian was asked about the beginning of his relationship with Nouran. He revealed that their connection started on a professional note when Nouran approached him for an interview.
Vivian humorously explained, “Our start was professional. I made her wait for four months because she wanted to interview me. She’s still taking revenge for that!” He added that Nouran had reached out to his team, but due to his busy schedule, months passed before he responded.
When Namrata asked if Nouran came to Mumbai for the interview, Vivian clarified that it was an online interaction. He elaborated, “She messaged me after waiting for a long time, saying I was unprofessional and egoistic. I replied, ‘Dear Miss Nouran, I don’t know who you’re talking about, but the person described is certainly not me.’” Following this exchange, the interview took place within 24 to 48 hours, and they hit it off.
Vivian further shared that their first in-person meeting happened when he was invited to Egypt for an event. Reflecting on their relationship, Vivian said that his divorce paperwork had been finalized during the lockdown, which marked a new chapter in his life.
When asked about how long he’s been married to Nouran, Vivian cheekily responded, “I don’t count. Enough years for her to understand and tolerate me. Tolerating is important in a relationship, and life teaches you that. My changes in attitude and behavior didn’t happen overnight. All in all, I would say, ‘Ladki solid hai boss,’ and I feel worthy to have her in my life.”
