Actor-singer Ammy Virk has joined the cast of Godday Godday Chaa 2, the sequel to the hit Punjabi film that earned the National Film Award for Best Punjabi Feature Film at the 71st edition.
Directed by Vijay Kumar Arora and penned by Jagdeep Sidhu, Godday Godday Chaa was a commercial and critical success, resonating with audiences worldwide in theaters and on OTT platforms. Blending heartfelt storytelling, sharp humor, and forward-thinking themes, the film emerged as a beloved family entertainer and a significant cultural milestone.
The sequel will once again use humor and heartfelt moments to push back against antiquated traditions, this time featuring Ammy Virk, whose charm and sharp comedic skills will add even more depth to the story.
