Alia Bhatt recently opened about being diagnosed with anxiety during a candid conversation on sister-in-law Kareena Kapoor Khan’s talk show.
Alia revealed that she faces anxiety frequently and often imagines the worst-case scenarios in various situations. During the episode, Alia said, “I’m clinically diagnosed with anxiety. Every moment for me is anxious, like worst-case scenario all the time.”
She further shared that her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, has been very supportive. “He understood that and said, ‘Okay, now you’re going to get really anxious, so let’s talk about it.’ We discussed everything from Bandra to Juhu, and eventually, I realized this is just part of life."
Alia also reflected on the public’s reaction when they didn’t reveal their daughter’s face immediately. She clarified that it wasn’t intentional and explained, “I still get little uncomfortable, I'll be honest like, don't flash in eyes guys and like you know whatever and all, but I also realized there's only love for her and she's a beautiful baby.”
