Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan celebrate 17th wedding anniversary; the Bollywood couple share pic with daughter Aaradhya

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary, seen with daughter Aaradhya.

Bollywood actress and former Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan loves to share family photos on her Instagram handle. Today on their 17th wedding anniversary, the "Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam' actress shared a sweet family picture of them featuring Abhishek and their daughter Aaradhya Bachchan.

Aishwarya and Abhishek had gotten married on April 20, 2007 and welcomed their daughter Aaradhya in 2011.

Abhishek also shared the same picture and just posted a heart emoji in the caption.

In the picture, Aishwarya has hair open and is seen wearing her signature red lipstick whereas Aaradhya is in a floral dress leaning her head on her mom's shoulder. Abhishek is seen smiling as they all pose for a selfie.

Talking about Abhishek and Aishwarya's work together - the two were first seen in 'Dhaai Akshar Prem Ke' in 2000, 'Kuch Na Kaho (2003) and then in 'Umrao Jaan' (2006). The two knew each other well and were good friends.

Once Abhishek had mentioned on the Oprah Winfrey Show that while he was shooting in New York for a movie, standing in the balcony of his hotel room, he wished if he could marry Aishwarya.

And in 2007, when the two met in the same hotel for their movie 'Guru' (2007) , he took it as a sign from the universe and asked her to marry him. They married the same year.

Abhishek was last seen in R Balki’s 2023 film 'Ghoomer' and is now going to be seen in Shoojit Sircar’s next film. Meanwhile, his wife and actress Aishwarya was seen as Nandini in Mani Ratnam’s 'Ponniyin Selvan: I and II'.
