Adah Sharma, the talented actress known for her recent work in The Kerala Story has found herself in the spotlight for reasons beyond her acting career. Reports recently surfaced that she had moved into the former residence of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput in Bandra, Mumbai. This development piqued the interest of fans and the media alike, with many speculating about the nature of her new home. To address the rumors, Adah Sharma took the opportunity to clarify the situation during a recent interaction with a journalist.

When asked about her move into Sushant Singh Rajput's previous residence, Adah Sharma was quick to set the record straight. "Sir, I haven't purchased Sushant Singh Rajput's flat," she stated, clearing up the misconception that she had bought the apartment. She went on to explain her living arrangement, saying, "I am staying on rent with my grandmother." This simple clarification highlighted that, like many others in Mumbai, Adah too opted for renting a place rather than purchasing it outright.

Adah further elaborated on her personal living situation by sharing a touching detail about her grandmother’s involvement. "My grandmother told me that she will pay me half the rent," she revealed.

The apartment in question, located in the Mont Blanc Apartments of Bandra, holds a significant place in the hearts of many, as it was once the home of Sushant Singh Rajput, a beloved actor whose untimely demise left a lasting impact on the film industry and his fans. Adah acknowledged this connection, adding, "Sushant bhi rent pe he reh rahe the." This remark not only humanized the situation but also drew a parallel between her current living arrangement and that of Sushant, showing that even stars often choose practical living options like renting.

In addressing the ownership of the flat, Adah clarified that the property actually belongs to someone else. "Actually, ye flat Mr. Lalwani ka hai jo shayad South Africa mein rehte hai," she explained. By providing this information, Adah made it clear that the apartment was not her purchase but rather a rented space from a landlord who resides abroad. This bit of context further dispelled any lingering doubts or rumors about her having bought the property.

Adah Sharma's decision to rent this particular apartment seems to have been driven more by personal and practical reasons than by any desire to make a statement. The flat had been vacant for three years before she and her family decided to move in. Her explanation revealed that her focus has been on maintaining a simple and grounded lifestyle, despite the fame and attention that come with her career.
