Actress Nana is receiving intense backlash online after publicly criticising THE BOYZ’s Sunwoo in the comment section of a viral video. The video, which showed Sunwoo dropping his AirPods and a security guard handing them back, sparked debate when netizens claimed the idol was disrespectful for not retrieving them himself or bowing in thanks.

Although Sunwoo later clarified the situation, saying that he thanked the guard but forgot to bow due to confusion caused by a fan’s shout, Nana left a pointed comment on the viral clip. “Looks like he ought to be scolded,” she wrote. Her remark sparked a controversy.

Many fans perceived her comment as overly harsh and unnecessary. In response, they flooded her Instagram with critical comments, accusing her of attention-seeking and hypocrisy. Several users also demanded that she issue a public apology to Sunwoo.

Despite the online firestorm, Nana has yet to address the situation. Her Instagram remains active, but older posts are now swamped with negative comments from angered fans.
