SGPC Slams Kangana Ranaut Produced Film 'Emergency,' Says It Depicts Sikhs in Bad Light

The Shiromani Gurudwara Prabhandak Committee (SGPC) has criticised the Kangana Ranaut directed and produced film 'Emergency', in which the BJP MP plays Indira Gandhi, saying it depicts Sikhs in a bad light. The movie's trailer was released on August 14 and it is to hit theaters on September 6. Sikh groups have opposed the depiction of Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale , the leading figure of the Khalistan movement, who was killed during the Blue Star operation at Golden Temple . #sgpc #kanganaranaut #emergencymovie #kanganaranautmovies #kanganaranautlatestnews
