Vaghani Techno Build Limited was originally incorporated on 6th
 October 1994 as a Public Limited Company in the state Gujarat in the
 name and Style Dhruv Makhan (India) Ltd and was engaged in processing
 / manufacture and marketing of dairy products such as ghee, butter
 milk and condensed milk etc. The activity has been discontinued since
 2006 and thereafter it got engaged in Real Estate related business.
 Further now it is completely engaged in TDR trading i.e. Transfer of
 Development Rights.

 - Company name has been changed from Dhruv Makhan (India) Ltd to
 Vaghani Technobuild Ltd.
