Company History - Tri Star Soya Products

The Company was incorporated on 29th July, 1980 as a Pvt.Ltd.Co.under
 the name Tri-Star Oil Manufacturers Pvt.Ltd. It was converted into a
 public Ltd. Co. on 6th Feb.,1981 & the name was changed to Tri-Star
 Soya Products Ltd., with effect from 6th Feb. 1981.  It was promoted
 by M.P.
 Mansinghka & M.K. Mansinghka.
 
 The Company carrying on Processing of Soyabean & manufacturing of
 refined Soyabean Oil.
 
 Trial run of the Solvent extraction plant could commence only on 25th
 July 1983.  The refinery section commenced trial run on 23rd Oct.
 1983.
 
 The Company is no longer under the Sick Industrial act. 1985.
