 company with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay. It
 received the Certificate of commencement of Business on 20th May
 1991.
 
 The company has been promoted by Mr. Pradeepkumar M. Sarda and Mr.
 Rameshkumar M. Sarda. The main object of the company include inter
 alia to carry on the business of manufacturers of and dealers in all
 kinds and class of papers, Board and Pulp including duplex and
 triplex boards.
