 1986 - The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on
 July 28th as
              Creative Eye Private Limited under the companies Act,
 1956 in New Delhi and
               became  Public Limited Company and consequently the
 name was changed to
               Creative Eye Limited .
 
            - The Company was promoted by Mr. Dheeraj Kumar Jochhar, a
 promoter with
               substantial expertise in the fieled of film and
 television production.
 
            - The Company has expanded its products offerings across
 genres for major satellite
               channels, in addition to production for Doordarshan.
 
 1997 - CEL has acquired the Business of CE w.e.f. April 1st.
 
 
 2000 - Creative Eye Ltd is relaunching its IPO, withdrawn earlier in
 the first week of July
              before the fixed price could be completed, at an
 indicative floor price of Rs.150.
 
            - Issue of 50,04,800 No. of Equity Shares of face value of
 Rs 5/- each for cash at a price
              of Rs 50 per equity share aggregating Rs 25,02,40,000.
 
           - The Company proposes to launch a public issue of
 25,02,400 No.of equity shares of Rs 10/-
              each, the Book Built Portion of whichopened on 30. June
 and closed on 6th July.
 
            - The company has acquired the Business of Naham Shivay
 Enterprises w.e.f. 01 January.
 
             - The Company has created an Employee Welfare Trust
 called Creative Eye Limited
                Employees Welfare Trust to implement the employee
 stock option plan.
 
             - The Company has allotted 50,000 No. of equity shares of
 Rs 10/- each to the trust for
                cash at par on 29th February.
 
             - The Company has subdivided the existing 1,10,00,000 No.
 of equity shares of Rs 10/-
                each into 2,20,00,000 No. of equity shares of Rs 5/-
 each by a resolution passed by the
                shareholders.
 
 2001
 
 -Creative Eye, the software production house promoted has acquired
 two software entities -- Sanush Films, promoted by Vijay Ghope, and
 Kirti Films, promoted by Siddhartha Nagar, thereby acquiring all
 their properties.
 
 2002
 
 -The Company recommended a dividend of 5% on the paid up equity share
 capital.
 
 -Creative Eye creates new programing cell.
 
 2003
 
 -The Company recommended a dividend of 10% on the paid-up equity
 share capital. 
 
 2004
 
 -Creative Eye ties up with Camlin and Parle G to promote 3D
 Children's movie
 
 2005
 
 -The Company have entered in to Film Distribution with their own home
 production AABRA KA DAABRA India's first 3D Plus Film.
 
 -Creative Eye's HEY YEHII TOH HAI WOH completes more than 100
 episodes.
 
 -Creative Eye - Om Namah Shivay successfully running on ETV
 
 2006
 
 -Creative Eye's Jodee Kamaal Ki successfully running on Star Plus.
 
 -The Company has made a grand foray into sports.
 
 2007
 
 -The Company designated a separate e-mail of the grievance redressal
 division / compliance officer exclusively for the purpose of
 complaints by investors.
 
 -The Company's Mega Mythological Serial Om Namah Shivay has been
 launched on MAA TV in Telugu Version. 
 
 -The Company's new social family drama Veeranwali has been launched
 on 9X.
 
 2008
 
 -New Mythological Programme Launched on 9X TV
 
 -Creative Eye's new daily social family drama Waqt - Batayega Kaun
 Apna Kaun Paraya has been launched on Sony TV.
 
 2009
 
 -Creative Eye's New Mythological Programme launched on Sahara One.
 
 2010
 
 -Creative Eye's New Social Serial Launched on Colors.
 
 2011
 
 -Creative Eye is scaling up its Operations Launched Two New Serials.
 
 -Creative Eye launched new social serial on Sahara One.
 
 -The Company appointed Shri Dheeraj Kumar, as Chairman and Managing
 Director.
 
 2013
 
 -Creative Eyes has been launched new serial on BIG MAGIC CHANNEL.
 
 2014
 
 -Creative Eye has been started new historical serial Sinhasan Battisi
 on Sony Pal Channel.
 
 2015
 -Creative Eye Ltd has titled Creative Eye's Mega Historical TV Serial
 Sinhasan Battisi completed 100 episodes.
 
 2018
 
 -Gold Recognises Creative Eye Ltd   Ishq Subhan Allah' as Path
 breaking serial of 2018
 
 2019
 
 The company is to enter into a digital space by creating a new web
 series 'Ishq Aaj Kal' for OTT Platform ZEE 5 which is being produced
 by Dheeraj Kumar Kochhar, Zuby Kochhar and Sunil Gupta. 
 
 2020
 
 -Dheeraj Kumar received Dream Achievers Awards organised by Films
 Today and Nana Nani Foundation Awards 2020' are so honoured by your
 august presence on 28th January 2020 at 'The Club'
