A video showing two cars performing dangerous stunts outside a college in Greater Noida has gone viral on social media, prompting strict action from the authorities. The footage, filmed near a college in Knowledge Park, shows a Maruti Brezza and a Baleno being driven recklessly at high speeds.
The drivers can be seen engaging in hazardous manoeuvres that not only violate traffic rules but also put lives at risk. In the video, the Brezza overtakes another vehicle at an extremely high speed and suddenly brakes in the middle of the road. A man is seen leaning out of its window, waving his hands while the car is still moving.

In the Baleno, another young man is seen holding a stick outside the window and swinging it in the air as the vehicle zooms ahead. The entire sequence was recorded and posted on Instagram as a reel, accompanied by a trending song, likely aimed at increasing its viewership.
Once the video began circulating online, the Noida Traffic Police took immediate action. An e-challan of Rs 63,500 was issued to the owner of the Baleno, and Rs 57,500 to the owner of the Brezza, making the total penalty amount Rs 1,21,000.
The fines were levied for several violations including dangerous driving, performing stunts on public roads, racing in unauthorised areas, not wearing seat belts, and ignoring traffic rules, according to a report by NDTV.
A statement from Noida Traffic Police confirmed that they had taken cognisance of the matter and issued challans accordingly. “Strict action will continue to be taken against anyone caught endangering public safety on the roads,” the statement said.
Police officials also reminded citizens that public roads are meant for safe commuting and not for performing stunts.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Lakhan Singh Yadav, said the exact date of the incident is yet to be confirmed. “The matter has also been referred to the Knowledge Park police for further action, including the seizure of the vehicles involved,” Yadav was quoted by TOI as saying.
