    On November 08, 2013 Ruchi Infrastructure Ltd bought 22,72,363 shares of Ruchi Soya Industries at Rs 35.75 on the NSE.


    However, Soyumm Marketing Private Limited sold 22,72,363 shares at Rs 35.75.


    In the previous trading session, the share closed at Rs 37.40, up Rs 2.10, or 5.95 percent.

    The share touched its 52-week high Rs 75.40 and 52-week low Rs 26.15 on 15 January, 2013 and 23 August, 2013, respectively. Currently, the stock is trading 50.4 percent below its 52-week high and 43.02 percent above its 52-week low.
