SBI Mutual Fund buys 43 lakh shares of Elgi Equipments

On July 16, 2013 SBI Mutual Fund A/C Emerging Fund bought 20,50,800 shares of Elgi Equipments at Rs 90 on the BSE and bought 22,49,200 shares at Rs 89.99 on the NSE.

On July 16, 2013 Amansa Holdings Private Limited sold 16,00,000 shares of Elgi Equipments at Rs 90 on the NSE and Amansa Investments Limited sold 11,92,819 shares at Rs 90 on the BSE.

However, SBI Mutual Fund A/C Emerging Fund bought 20,50,800 shares at Rs 90 on the BSE and bought 22,49,200 shares at Rs 89.99 on the NSE.

In the previous trading session, the share closed at Rs 90, up Rs 2.95, or 3.39 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 91 and an intraday low of Rs 85.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 99.50 and 52-week low Rs 73.55 on 09 January, 2013 and 08 April, 2013, respectively. Currently, it is trading 9.55 percent below its 52-week high and 22.37 percent above its 52-week low
