Atul Auto gains 4% on December sales numbers

    Investors lapped up shares of Atul Auto on Wednesday as company's sales jumped 23.42% in December compared to earlier month. The stock rose as much as 4.17 percent intraday to Rs 303.50 apiece.

    Atul Auto sold 3,510 units in December as against 2,844 units in November.

    During April-December, the company's sales jumped 18.29 percent year-on-year to 27,908 units. The company offers wide range of three wheeler diesel auto rickshaw, CNG auto rickshaw and PNG auto rickshaw in series.

    At 10:53 hours IST, the stock was trading at Rs 302 amid hefty volumes, up 3.66 percent over previous close on the BSE.
