    Moneycontrol BureauConsolidation talks between education services providers Zee Learn and Tree House could be an indication that the education industry is gearing up for consolidation phase.Both stocks have been seeing buying interest for last few sessions ahead of this news - Tree House gained 46 percent in four consecutive sessions and Zee Learn rose 41 percent in three straight sessions.Also read - Zee Learn and Tree House rally 10%

    "Board of directors of the company today has accorded in-principle approval for exploring consolidation options with Tree House," says Umesh Pradhan, CFO of Zee Learn.
