Jaiprakash Power jumps 10% on forest clearance to coal mine

Shares of Jaiprakash Power Ventures surged 10 percent to Rs 43.60 on Tuesday after the parent company Jaiprakash Associates has received the final forest clearance for its Amelia North coal mine in its Madhya Pradesh power project of 1320 MW.
