The Company was originally incorporated on March 06, 2000 under the
 Companies Act, under the name 'Netflier Communications Limited'.
 Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to 'Manaksia
 Alumina Limited' on December 03, 2002 and a fresh certificate of
 incorporation consequent to change of name was issued by the
 Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. The name of the Company was
 further changed to 'Florence Alumina Limited' on March 11, 2003 and
 then again changed to its current name, i.e. 'JK Agri Genetics
 Limited' on November 19, 2012 and fresh certificates of incorporation
 consequent to changes of name were issued by the Registrar of
 Companies, West Bengal. The registered office of the Company is
 located at 7, Council House Street, Kolkata - 700001, West Bengal,

 Whole-time Director of the Company.
 - The Company has changed its name from Florence Alumina Ltd. to JK
 Agri Genetics Ltd.

 Equity Share.

 -Swaziland Environment Authority (SEA) approves JKAGL BT cotton
 (X-gene) for commercial release in Swaziland.

 -JK Agri Genetics Ltd enters the Ethiopian Bt cotton market.
