The platform leverages machine learning models and behavioral insights from Truecaller’s ecosystem to deliver more relevant and personalized interactions.
According to Truecaller, adVantage serves as a centralized intelligence hub that learns from real-time user interactions, enabling brands to optimize outreach, improve engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes across advertising and business messaging.
Features and functionalityadVantage draws on daily insights from Truecaller’s vast user network, using anonymized and aggregated data to deliver privacy-safe recommendations. It helps businesses craft precise campaigns without relying on invasive tracking, ensuring both relevance for consumers and compliance for brands.
The platform is structured around three AI modules: Discover, Engage, and Perform.

During its pilot phase, adVantage reportedly delivered up to a 50% increase in click-through rates, reaching over 200 million users. Engagement gains were especially strong in automotive, fintech, edtech, and e-commerce sectors.
After a successful internal rollout in Truecaller’s ads business, adVantage is now expanding to business messaging, where early testing showed a 400% increase in open rates.
