Samsung has introduced the Galaxy Book5 Pro 360, the latest addition to its Galaxy Book series. The laptop also marks the announcement of the new Galaxy Book5 series. The new laptop is powered by Intel’s latest Core Ultra processors (Series 2) and it aims to deliver enhanced AI experiences through its integration with Samsung’s Copilot+ PC platform.
Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro 360: Features
In terms of features, the Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 is powered by an Intel Core Ultra processor with 47 TOPs of NPU performance. The company claims that the laptop can handle more than 300 AI-accelerated features in over 100 applications.
The laptop comes with an Intel Arc integrated graphics processor that’s rated to deliver around 17% more performance compared to the previous generation.
That’s not it. Samsung has also equipped the laptop with a range of Samsung AI ecosystem features including seamless connectivity with other Galaxy devices. Additionally, Samsung also added Galaxy AI features such as Circle to Search with Google, Chat Assist, Live Translate, etc. to the mix.
The Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 features a Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a Vision Booster, offering outdoor visibility and reduced glare. The laptop also includes a 10-point multi-touchscreen and supports the in-box S Pen for precision tasks. It offers a 3K resolution and a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, catering to users focused on visual tasks.
Designed for portability, the Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 is slim and lightweight, available in two colours: Gray and Silver. It also introduces an adaptive palm rejection touchpad for improved navigation. Security features include Samsung Knox, ensuring the device is protected with real-time threat detection, along with Windows 11’s built-in security measures.
Availability
The Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 will be available starting in September in select markets, including the U.S., UK, Canada, France, and Germany. India launch details and pricing haven’t been revealed yet by the company.
