Samsung has launched the Galaxy Buds Core in India, expanding its wearable audio portfolio with an affordable TWS (True Wireless Stereo) option priced under Rs 5,000. The Galaxy Buds Core introduces features typically found in premium earbuds, including Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), clear call quality, and Galaxy AI integration.
Key features
Galaxy Buds Core is Samsung’s first TWS product in the sub-Rs 5,000 category. It features a dynamic driver system aimed at delivering deep bass and rich sound, providing an immersive audio experience for music, podcasts, and calls. Each earbud houses three high-performance microphones, ensuring enhanced voice clarity for calls.
One of the standout features is the integration of Galaxy AI’s Interpreter tool. This enables real-time, two-way, face-to-face interpretation directly through the earbuds, enhancing usability for travellers, multilingual meetings, or learning new languages.
Designed with comfort in mind, the Galaxy Buds Core comes with secure-fit wingtips and is tailored for day-long use. Intuitive controls allow users to manage calls and audio playback with a single tap.
The earbuds support seamless pairing across Samsung Galaxy devices and include Auto-switch for multi-device connectivity. Users can also use Samsung Find to locate misplaced earbuds.
Galaxy Buds Core is available in two colours: Black and White. Sales begin at 12 noon on June 27 across Samsung.com, Amazon, and select retail outlets.
Price and offers
Galaxy Buds Core is priced at Rs 4,999. Buyers can opt for no-cost EMI starting at Rs 417 per month for up to 12 months. Additionally, customers purchasing select Galaxy A-series smartphones (A26, A36, A56) will receive a flat Rs 1,000 discount on the earbuds.
The Galaxy Buds Core marks Samsung’s attempt to bring premium features to a broader audience at a lower price point.
