OnePlus has been rumoured to launch its next-generation Nord smartphone – Nord 5 – in India. The company, ahead of the official launch, has dropped a new teaser of the device via a post on X. The teaser not only confirms the India launch of the Nord 5 smartphone but also confirms the processor that will handle the performance aspect of the phone.
OnePlus India, in the post, has mentioned, “You don’t have to train this dragon, it's born elite with speed and performance. Sorry, we changed the game. #OnePlusNord5”

OnePlus has mentioned “born elite”. This indicates that the Nord 5 might be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, which is currently the flagship chipset from Qualcomm.
However, we expect more details to be unwrapped in the coming days about the upcoming OnePlus Nord 5 smartphone.
