Garena Free Fire Max

Garena Free Fire MAX comes with a built-in report system that lets players directly report suspected hackers in their match. The move aims to keep the game fair and enjoyable for everyone by identifying and banning cheaters promptly. If you come across a hacker in the game and want to report them, here's our step-by-step guide:

How to report a hacker in Free Fire MAX

If you come across a suspicious or unfair player during a match, there are a few simple steps you can follow to report them:

Step 1: Look for the report icon on your in-game scoreboard.

During or after your match, you can view the scoreboard, find the suspected hacker’s profile, and tap the report icon next to their name.

Step 2: Report from match history.

If you missed the opportunity to report during a match, you can do it afterwards. Go to your match history page, select the match you want to view, find the suspected hacker, and then submit a report directly from there.

How the Free Fire MAX report system works

Garena Free Fire MAX’s report system plays a key role in identifying and removing cheaters from the game. Once you submit a report, it is immediately routed to the anti-hack team, where it will be investigated promptly.

The team prioritises accounts that are frequently reported by multiple players, adding them to their top review list. An improved and constantly updated anti-hack system assists in accurately identifying cheaters and banning their accounts quickly.

Your role in keeping Free Fire MAX fair

Every report you submit assists in making Free Fire MAX a fairer game for everyone. The system is designed to avoid unfair bans — innocent players will not be banned — and reports from the community help the team focus their investigations on suspicious accounts.
