Google is likely to launch its upcoming Pixel 10 series in August, with leaks and reports suggesting major upgrades across performance, display, and camera departments. While the Mountain View tech giant hasn't divulged any details about the lineup yet, a new report has given us most of the specifications from the Google Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL, giving a detailed look at what users can expect from Google’s top-end Pixel phones this year.
Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, Pixel 10 Pro: Expected specificationsAccording to Android Headlines, the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL and Pixel 10 Pro will be powered by the company’s in-house Tensor G5 and feature nearly identical triple-camera setups, positioning them as premium offerings in the Pixel 10 lineup. Further, the Pixel 10 Pro XL is tipped to get a 6.8-inch screen, while the Pixel 10 Pro will likely come with a 6.3-inch display. Both handsets reportedly will come with LTPO panels with up to 120Hz refresh rate and 3,000nits of peak brightness, backed by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 certification.
If we talk about their cameras, both smartphones will come with a triple rear camera setup that could include a 50MP primary sensor, a 48MP ultrawide-angle camera, and a 48MP telephoto sensor with 5x optical zoom. At the front, we can expect a 42MP selfie camera. However, the biggest change is likely to be seen in the battery department, where Google is expected to pack a 4,870mAh battery on the Pixel 10 Pro, and the Pixel 10 Pro XL will reportedly house a 5,200mAh battery, which could be the largest yet for a Google Pixel smartphone.
In terms of storage, the Pixel 10 Pro is tipped to come in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and even 1TB variants, while the Pro XL might have a base model with 256GB storage. The report adds that the Pixel 10 Pro will support 29W charging, while the Pixel 10 Pro will offer faster 39W charging. Both smartphones will likely come with 15W wireless charging support.
