Asus Republic of Gamers (ROG) has launched its groundbreaking 2025 gaming technology lineup today at the ‘Unlock the ROG Lab: For Those Who Dare’ event at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025. This includes the Astral GeForce RTX 5090 series GPUs, Strix and Zephyrus laptops, Flow Z13 gaming tablets, G700 desktops, and the world’s first Wi-Fi 7 gaming router with an onboard NPU.
Asus ROG 50 series GPUsThe Taiwanese desktop brand has introduced its ROG Astral RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 desktop graphic cards, alongside the liquid-cooled Astral LC RTX 5090. These cards integrate a patented vapour chamber, GPU thermal pads, and milled heat spreaders. Moreover, these are the first GPUs to have a quad-fan system that increases airflow and air pressure by up to 20%.
Further, these graphic cards increase performance with NVIDIA DLSS 4 upscaling and frame generation support, which generates images at unprecedented speed and unleashes creativity with NVIDIA Studio.
Asus ROG 50 series laptopsThe ROG Strix SCAR 16/18 laptop lineup is currently the flagship gaming series from Asus and is powered by up to the Intel Core Ultra 9 Processor 275HX and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 mobile GPU. Additionally, these laptops offer a 16-inch and 18-inch screen with a 2.5K resolution mini-LED ROG Nebula HDR and a 240Hz refresh rate. It also has 64 GB of RAM and 4 TB of NVMe Gen4 SSD support.
Alongside these products, Asus has also introduced the ROG NUC (2025), which is a mini gaming PC. The company has further unveiled the ROG Swift OLED, the world’s first 27-inch 4K OLED gaming monitor with a 240Hz refresh rate, and the Flow Z13 2-in-1 tablet, with a 13-inch 2.5K Nebula 180Hz display and vapour chamber cooling.
