India defeated Australia 3-2 to go up to second position in Pool B.

Indian Men’s Hockey Team will play Great Britain (GBR) in the Quarterfinals at Paris Olympics. But that is not the only thing exciting about the match.

In a post on X, Viren Rasquinha, Olympian and Former Captain of the Indian Hockey Team, shared the striking resemblance between the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 lineups.

The lineups for hockey at the Paris Olympics will feature the exact same teams as those that competed in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Interestingly, the Indian men's hockey team had defeated Great Britain 3-1 in the quarterfinal match, proceeding to win the bronze medal in the capital of Japan.
