Prime Minister Modi has slammed Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for his remarks blaming women for declining population of Bihar. Speaking at the state assembly on 7th November, Kumar tried to put the onus of population control on women. The assembled lawmakers, including the Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav , were seen laughing at his remarks. Now Nitish Kumar has apologised after getting major flak from many women leaders & netizens.
