Two women decided to chase down a police officer riding his bike without a helmet in a daring interaction caught on camera. The video, uploaded by the handle 'Ghar Ke Kalesh,' has sent shockwaves across social media platforms, amassing over 5 lakh views since its release.

The footage unfolds with the two women in a car relentlessly pursuing the officer on a two-wheeler and honking at him, demanding answers about his missing helmet. "Helmet kahan hai?" they repeatedly ask, prompting the officer to slow down, initially misunderstanding their inquiry.

First thinking the women are asking for directions, the officer asks them where do they want to go. As they repeat their query about where his helmet is, he remains tight-lipped, resuming his bike ride without addressing their concerns.

Even after he moves on, one of the women keep saying, “wear a helmet”. It is unclear where the video is from although the number plate on the officer’s bike suggests Madhya Pradesh registration.

Critics were quick to highlight the irony of the situation, pointing out that the woman driving the car herself was not wearing a seatbelt during the chase.

This incident, however, is not an isolated case, as a previous video emerged showing two women confronting two helmet-less policemen in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad. In that instance, the Ghaziabad Traffic Police took action, issuing a challan and imposing a fine of Rs 1,000 after the clip gained traction on social media.

X users pointed out the woman’s hypocrisy saying “This, while she is not wearing a seatbelt.” Another wrote: “Take note of this lady and file a complaint against her for not wearing seat belt and disrupting traffic. People would have got injured. Shame on the policeman too.”
There is a Rs 1,000 fine each for riding a bike without a helmet and not wearing a seatbelt in India.
