Nolan Church, a former Google recruiter, told Business Insider that interviewees need to be well-prepared. This preparation involves not only understanding the company’s values but also being able to speak to specific aspects of the organisation’s mission. Church advised job seekers to come to interviews with anecdotes about their professional achievements, showcasing their drive and motivation.
