This week CNBC-TV18's special show Lessons in Marketing Excellence (season 2) explores the campus of Xavier Labour Relations Institutes (XLRI) in Jamshedpur.

XLRI is known most for its personal management and industrial relations programmes. Originally set up by a Jesuit Preist in 1949, the institute emphasizes on social entrepreneurship and management. The motto of the institute is
