Google marked India’s 77th Republic Day with a special doodle inspired by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), marking milestones such as Gaganyaan and Chandrayaan.
The Republic Day 2026 doodle features space-themed elements such as orbital paths and celestial designs, embedded in the tricolour letters of “GOOGLE”: orange, white, and green. Clicking the doodle takes users to Google’s official page, wishing, “Happy Republic Day.”
ISRO is planning multiple satellite launches for 2026. ISRO chief V Narayanan said on Saturday, “We are planning to send a lot of satellites this year. A lot of work is going on.”
