1. Flexi Time: Under this policy, an employee can enter office anytime between 8 am and 11am.
2. Attendance by Default policy: Several group offices allow employees to work without the need for logging in a daily attendance. The system works on trust, with employees recording their leaves online.
3. Follow your Path: Employees can take up different roles within the group across companies and functions. Examples abound of employees moving across functions, or from one group company to another.
4. Incentive: RPG offers attractive incentives to its top performing employees for their contribution.
5. Re-join: RPG’s Boomerang Hire policy has met with huge success with nearly 44 ex-employees joining back into the group in in the last 9 months alone.
