After the XF, XJ and the Freelander 2, JLR India have started locally assembling the Range Rover Evoque. The assembly takes place at the company's facility in Pune.
When it was launched, the Evoque was priced at Rs 45 lakh, however currently it retails for around Rs 70 lakh. The Evoque is a Q5 competitor but is significantly more expensive than the latter. Local assembly have now brought down the prices to a startling Rs 48.73 lakh ex-Mumbai. Deliveries start from next month.
