Google+ searches in real-time and supports hashtags

Google+ is becoming more information search friendly by adding support for real-time search and hashtags. When you perform a search on Google+ now, you will see a message about new posts the instant that they are available. When you click on the message or click on 'Most recent', relevant posts will start appearing in real time. Since they've also added hashtag support, should you put a hashtag in any of your posts, your post will show up in search results for the word. Check out the video below.
