Adani Energy Solutions reported on November 6 a 46 percent year-on-year (YoY) growth in consolidated net profit to Rs 284.09 crore in Q2FY24.
The electric power distribution company, earlier known as Adani Transmission, reported a growth in revenue by 15 percent YoY to Rs 3,497 crore in Q2FY24.
Earnings Before Interest Tax Depreciation and Amortisation grew six percent YoY to Rs 1,443 crore in the July-September quarter.
The company has a consolidated net debt of Rs 290 billion as of September 30.
Revenue for the company from its transmission business grew 17 percent YoY to Rs 1,017.35 crore in Q2FY24. The company's revenue from Generation, Transmission, and Distribution business increased 14 percent YoY to Rs 2,479.65 crore in the same period.
Adani Energy Solutions is the country’s largest private transmission company, with presence across 14 states. Adani Energy Solutions recently announced the successful commissioning of the Karur Transmission Ltd (KTL) project in Tamil Nadu. In Q2, the company added 219 ckm to the operational network in Q2 with total network currently at 19,862 ckm.
