Real estate firm Sobha clocks Rs 1,724 crore of sales in Q2 FY23

Bengaluru-based real estate developer, Sobha Ltd has registered a sales of Rs 1,724 crore in the quarter that ended on September 30, according to a regulatory filing.

In Q2 FY23, the company developed 1.69 million square feet (msf)—26 percent more than last year. The average price realization stood at Rs. 10,223 per sq ft.

The total sales value increased 48 percent yearly in Q2 FY23 compared to Rs 1,164 crore last year.

According to the regulatory filing, Sobha Ltd's share of the sales value stood at Rs 1,276 crore, indicating a significant increase of 32.7 percent compared to the same period in the fiscal year 2022.

The company said Bengaluru has achieved its highest ever sale value of Rs 942 crore, with over 1 msf in area.

"Kerala region has achieved higher sales value in the first half of this year than in the entire FY 2023, assisted by the release of new inventory in existing projects. GIFT City projects in Gujarat witnessed remarkable growth, recording their best quarter. Gurgaon continued with its steady performance capitalizing on our established presence," the company added.
