The Delhi Assembly is set for a stormy session as the Rekha Gupta-led BJP government is likely to table around 14 CAG reports linked to the Arvind Kejriwal administration today. According to a News18 report, these audits by the Comptroller and Auditor General have been pending for nearly 500 days.

Most of these reports were submitted to the Kejriwal government between 2023 and 2024. While some CAG reports are general audits, others pertain to key administrative overhauls, such as the liquor policy, among other issues. The major focus will be on the CAG report on Sheeshmahal. The audit, which was leaked earlier, purportedly alleges the misuse of funds for the renovation of the official bungalow allotted to then-Chief Minister Kejriwal.
