Bulk deals: GIC buys stake in Data Infra Trust, RJ Corp buys additional stake in Global Health

GIC subsidiary, Anahera Investment PTE acquired 37,44,00,000 shares at Rs 153.5 per share in the Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT).

Singaporean Sovereign Wealth Fund GIC bought Rs 5747.04 crore worth of stake in Data Infrastructure Trust. GIC, through its subsidiary, Anahera Investment PTE acquired 37,44,00,000 shares at Rs 153.5 per share in the Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT).

BCI IRR India Holdings Inc bought 5,72,00,000 shares at the same price in Data Infrastructure Trust. BCI bought Rs 878.02 crore worth of stake in the InvIT.

BIF IV Jarvis India PTE offloaded 43,30,00,000 Data Infrastructure Trust shares at the same price. BIF sold Rs 6646.55 crore worth of shares in the InvIT.

RJ Corp, the promoter company of Varun Beverages acquired more shares in Global Health. RJ Corp bought 28,82,203 shares at an average price of Rs 1,315 valuing the transaction at Rs 379 crore. RJ Corp held a 5.52 percent stake in the company as of December 2023.

Dunearn Investments Mauritius PTE sold 30,00,000 shares for Rs 1,315.2 selling Rs 394.56 crore worth of equity stake in Global Health. Dunearn held a 16.02 percent stake in the company as of December 2023.

Rashi Peripherals, which got listed on the stock exchanges today after its IPO saw buying activity as Winro Commerical India acquired 10,67,051 shares of the company at an average price of Rs 325.4 valuing the deal at Rs 34.72 crore.
