Avinnash Gorakssakar, Market Expert told CNBC-TV18, "The fundamentals of JK Paper remain pretty strong. In fact our sense is that within the paper pack, JK Paper is also scouting for Ballarpur Industries' units. So if this development does happen, there could be a significant rerating."
"They are scouting for fresh capacity. Paper prices have moved up in the last couple of quarters, but the overall paper market should do well. So considering all this, the investor should actually hold on for the next 6-12 months. I would suggest not to book out, probably one could expect a target price of around Rs 120-125 and then exit out," he added.
