On October 22, 2013 Hridaynath Consultancy Private Limited bought 15,71,000 shares of S Kumars Nationwide at Rs 4.55 on the BSE.

However, J P Morgan Sec Ltd A/C Copthall Mauritius Invest Ltd sold 20,35,000 shares at Rs 4.55.

In the previous trading session, the share closed at Rs 4.55, up Rs 0.21, or 4.84 percent.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 18.45 and 52-week low Rs 2.27 on 22 October, 2012 and 30 August, 2013, respectively.
