Corporate Actions:
Hindustan Unilever announced a final dividend of Rs 24 per share (2400%) on April 24, 2025, with an effective date of June 23, 2025. Prior to this, an interim dividend of Rs 19 per share (1900%) and a special dividend of Rs 10 per share (1000%) were announced on October 10 and October 11, 2024, respectively, both with an effective date of November 6, 2024.
The company had a stock split on July 3, 2000, where the face value changed from Rs 10 to Rs 1.
Hindustan Unilever has issued bonus shares on multiple occasions, including a 1:2 bonus on September 30, 1991 (ex-bonus date: July 19, 1991), a 1:1 bonus on June 22, 1987, a 3:5 bonus on June 22, 1983, and a 1:3 bonus on June 22, 1979.
