Shahina Mukadam, Independent Market Expert told CNBC-TV18, "I think he should continue holding Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFL), basically it is quite attractively valued. It is still just about two times book which is not expensive. Even if you see on other valuation parameters like EV by EBITDA it is just about 10 times."
"Disbursements as you saw on the last quarter were very good. We have had disbursements 54 percent and they have got a decent size of books. Their loan book is about Rs 84,000 crore. I would continue holdings. I think that this stock has got a lot more upside and maybe a year’s target could be close to Rs 670," she added.
