      Smartlink Network Systems has cash more than its market-cap of Rs 340 crore, no debt on it's books The networking infra company was established in 1993 in the name of D-Link India and has been paying consistent dividend since 1999. It had also sold its DigiLink unit to Schneider for Rs 503 crore in 2011 and this non-compete agreement with Schneider will end in 2016.Smartlink Network’s key brands are DigiSol, Digilite and its service arm- Digicare.DigiSol is a networking and security solutions which roped in Sonakshi Sinha as brand ambassador.Watch video for more
