Brigade nears 4-yr high; launches luxury apartment project

Te company said that the Brigade Northridge in North Bangalore has received good response from prospective customers.

    Shares of Brigade Enterprises soared 8 percent, hitting nearly four-year high at Rs 169.95 per share intraday on Friday after it launched a project in North Bangalore. The project is spread over 6 acres, comprising 2,3 and 4 bedrooms, starting at Rs 65 lakh.

    In a press statement, the company said that the Brigade Northridge in North Bangalore has received good response from prospective customers. Brigade Group is currently working in cities like Bangalore, Mysore, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kochi. Earlier, it was reported that its arm is planning to invest around Rs 240 crore to build two four-star hotel, near Gandhinagar and the other in Kochi.

    At 12:07 hrs Brigade Enterprises was quoting at Rs 165.55, up Rs 7.80, or 4.94 percent on the BSE.
