Edelweiss has come out with its second quarter (July-September) earnings estimates for the Real Estate sector. The brokerage house expects Brigade Enterprises to report net profit at Rs. 44.5 crore up 55.5% year-on-year (40.4% quarter-on-quarter).
Net Sales are expected to increase by 29.4 percent Y-o-Y (up 5 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 582.8 crore, according to Edelweiss.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) are likely to rise by 17.9 percent Y-o-Y (up 20 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 151.5 crore.
