The comapny's promoters are in talks with Ruchi Soya & Global players like Archer Daniels Midland & Cargill to sell its 35% stake, reports The Financial Express.
It was trading with volumes of 878,391 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 6.10% or Rs 0.65 at Rs 10.
