Fortis Healthcare hived off its non-core business and assets, reports The Economic Times.

It touched an intraday high of Rs 105.45 and an intraday low of Rs 102.95. At 09:36 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 105.10, up Rs 3.80, or 3.75%.

It was trading with volumes of 110,869 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 1.10% or Rs 1.10 at Rs 101.30.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 171.50 and 52-week low Rs 81.00 on 27 Jul, 2011 and 28 Dec, 2011, respectively.

Currently, it is trading -38.72% below its 52-week high and 29.75% above its 52-week low.

Market capitalisation stands at Rs 4,258.44 crore.
