The Indian bourses BSE and NSE have placed a price band or circuit limit of 10 percent on stock price movements of four companies. Essar Oil, Suzlon Energy, Educomp and CORE Education are four stocks. As per circular, provided on the exchanges, price band will be applicable in the four stocks with effect from April 2.
At 11:47 hrs Essar Oil was quoting at Rs 79.55, up Rs 1.95, or 2.51%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 80.80 and an intraday low of Rs 77.70. It was trading with volumes of 454,941 shares.

Suzlon Energy was quoting at Rs 13.92, up Rs 0.27, or 1.98%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 14.00 and an intraday low of Rs 13.71. It was trading with volumes of 1,957,852 shares.

Educomp Solutions was quoting at Rs 66.80, up Rs 4.05, or 6.45%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 67.85 and an intraday low of Rs 62.85. It was trading with volumes of 342,681 shares.

CORE Education & Technologies was quoting at Rs 64.95, up Rs 13.50, or 26.24%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 66.75 and an intraday low of Rs 51.80. It was trading with volumes of 2,233,775 shares.
