EazyDiner raises $4.6 million in Series B funding from new and existing investors 

The Series-B round values EazyDiner at a pre-money valuation of about Rs 250 crore

Delhi-based online restaurant reservation startup EazyDiner has raised USD 4.6 million (Rs 30 crores) in Series B funding from new and existing investors.

The new investors that came on board are Singapore-based early-stage venture capital firm Beenext and a family office in the Middle East. Existing investors of the company, DSG Consumer Partners and Saama Capital, also participated.

The Series-B round values EazyDiner at a pre-money valuation of about Rs 250 crore, according to company executives.

The startup is operational in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune and hopes to expand in six more locations at the end of the current fiscal.

It is also targeting international expansion by trying to set up operations in Abu Dhabi by the second or third quarter of the next year.
