An integrated real estate platform, Square Yards’ asset management arm PropsAMC, has assisted over 300 homebuyers in recovering Rs 100 crore of invested funds from legal disputes with developers, the company said.
The inception of legal services under PropsAMC, came as a response to the concerns of homebuyers facing legal complexities and disputes with real estate developers, in addition to multiple property tax disputes and lessee disputes of the property owners, Square Yards said in a statement on November 7.
“With over 300 cases resolved and Rs 100 crore recovered, our dedication to protecting their interests remains resolute,” said Tanuj Shori, founder and CEO, Square Yards.
PropsAMC has digitized over 20 million property registration records and property titles making this information public and accessible to the end users.
